Restaurant: Matteo's

Matteo DiRosa - Owner/Head Chef

Matteo DiRosa:

Hey, with this [UI] about cooking when I was like probably 5 or 6 years old and I remember, you know, I tried to, you know, wake up before the my mama because I want to prepare the breakfast by myself. I was like, like many people but what they say I'm really attracted to the square and the only place that was attract me, it was this town, you know, it was just something like, I don't know how to say the words, but fascinating, you know, fascination, fascinate.

Matteo DiRosa:

Yeah it fascinate me, you know, all these old building and I think this location is great.  As soon as you walk downtown from the beauty of the shops and the city you still giving really beautiful experience.  You got a really nice experience.  You don't just be like somebody throw you, okay well you come over here, it's great and boom, we throw you in the middle of the street, you know, or in the parking lot, you know.

Restaurant: The Artist's Vineyard

We are a unique combination of retail wine store, restaurant and art gallery. People come in and go oh, I'm in New York or I'm in Europe. It's really, they're surprised to see it in Noblesville but Noblesville really doesn't have an upscale wine bar. They do have some nice gourmet restaurants but we're just a nice addition to that on the square. And we're the second art gallery in town. We do monthly wine education classes, constant wine tastings. We do 5 course wine dinners and bring the distributor in, talk about the food and the wine. Artist receptions, once a month, bring in a local artist, such as tonight. So I think we bring a great new addition. There's always been nice retail shops here and a couple of nice restaurants and it's becoming a destination place now for food, hopefully art and definitely wine. You will not find another place like that in Indianapolis. It is absolutely wonderful atmosphere. People love it.

Restaurant: The Asian Grill

Dr. Techsin Ty - Owner

Dr. Techsin Ty

Pan Asia means, yeah, it essential means, you know, the whole Asian continent. You know, it covers many different cuisine, you know, I mean--- we love this area actually, you know, back in 2000, in fact, further back than that, you know, we always drive, we always drove through around here actually and it's, and, you know, it has its unique character. You know, and we love this. It's wow, wouldn't it be wonderful to have a restaurant around here. So, you know, we are very fortunate, you know, that the community accepts us well, you know, community accepts, support us and lend us all these wonderful pictures into our place. It actually enhances the interior in our building as well as, you know, add kind of a richness to the place. So I think it works both way, you know, the artist helps us and we help them. We actually brought in, you know, a sort of a diverse, a diversity, you know, to the square. So I think the square enhances our business, enhances our status in the community and also we contribute back to the square.
