Cable Tie Express is a master distribution center for cable ties and related wire management products and we have been in business since 1995, so a little over a decade. Actually, the background goes back to originally working with Tony, who is an independent manufacturer’s agent for different types of fasteners, nuts, bolts, screws, rivets, that type of product. And I had sub-repped with him for a couple of years and Cable Ties was a line of product that we did sell here in the Midwest. Corporate Campus was a very large step. Everyone within the Noblesville area was very, very proactive in helping us reach our goals of building this facility. We decided that we could most effectively service our customers by increasing our warehouse space and we felt it was advantageous to take the leap into actually building our own warehouse facility.
Probably the biggest thing we’ve noticed was working with the city contractors and those kinds of things and it turned out they were very responsive, did a great job in getting just, it almost seemed as though they were interested in our project and getting it done and completed and moving on as much as we were.
And we were very excited about the fact that Noblesville is continuing to grow and be very proactive with their growth. And most importantly, the Corporate Campus is truly a state of the art area for Noblesville. It’s a great location and we’re happy to be here.
